It is one block south of the Ritz on the ocean side of PCH. there is a parking lot on the right but if you are parked there after midnight you will be ticketed! So park on the street and you'll be fine.
- Hours:The parking lot is unseal from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Most people are cruising late at night between 12 and 4 am at this hour there aren't any other people around so makes connecting much easier.
