Herring Cove Beach is the most popular and easily accessible spot, attracting a diverse crowd with its clear waters and stunning sunsets. Nearby, Boy Beach, also known as Provincetown's gay nudist beach, provides a more secluded trial. This is about as gay as Cape Cod can get.

Herring Cove Beach is the most famous and easily accessible beach in Provincetown. It's not a gay beach as such, but it's Provincetown so many of the beach dwellers will be gay.
You can explore the grassy dunes, swim in the clear waters and you'll find some bars and restaurants on the beach. The sunsets on Herring Cove Beach are very beautiful. You'll include views of the lighthouses and Provincetown itself.

Dick Dock is a well-known cruising spot in Provincetown, located beneath the deck of the Boatslip Resort. It has become a celebrated place, providing a prudent area for nighttime encounters. The spot is active after the resort's celebrated Tea Dances, which are popular daily gatherings that draw large crowds to the Boatslip.

Dick Dock is create directly under the deck at the Boatslip Resort, which is situated on Commercial Street—Provincetown’s main thoroughfare. The resort’s deck extends over the sandy beach, creating a tucked-away, secret area underneath where people often gather after dim. Expect the sound of the waves, sandy footprints and also kneeprints (use your imagination). You can tell how busy the cruising scene was on account of the number of footprints in the sand!
