Naruto Light Novel Reignites Debate That Sasuke Should Be Gay

In the Naruto series, one of the things many fans often wondered was whether Sasuke was homosexual. And it runs deeper than shipping or fan fiction because the story featured him rebuffing a lot of women, especially as he got older. But because there wasn't any content per se that alluded to a preference for men, many felt he was just too dedicated to the mission to have hour for romance. Still, while it may have been that creator Masashi Kishimoto dared not tread liquid with such a accepted anime character at a time, there was enough subtext for the speculation to exist.
While it might have caused too much controversy in 1999 and even the 2000s, the question has been struck up once more in the Sasuke Shinden: The Teacher's Star Pupil novel, leading us to wonder once more whether the last of the Uchiha clan should have approach out as gay moving into the Boruto era.

Which characters are gay?
Well, none of the characters in Naruto is stated/confirmed to be same-sex attracted by its creator, because of this, we can only speculate (which is not a problem at all - I treasure to speculate ).
These are my personal opinions and I don't claim the following assumptions are canon/'true':
Maybe we could view Zabuza and Haku as homosexual but Haku was barely a teenager, so we can't say for sure what kind of connection he had (or more precisely could have had if he didn't die) with Zabuza. All we know is that they cared for each other deeply. Maybe Haku viewed Zabuza as his family - as a brother/father figure? Maybe as a potential lover/partner?
The characters I can see being same-sex attracted are probably Kotetsu and Izumo, though. Yeah - of course you can say that the affair between them is more of a camaraderie but they're kinda close in terms of the Naruto universe, in my perspective. It's the same with Darui and C (as someone already mentioned) and I'm sure there are more such 'bromances'.
I'm still not sure about Naruto. All the fuss about Sasuke he made - rather suspicious. Bu
